><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les Elevages du Moulin du Val Dieu wordt eind 2001 opgericht en lanceert zijn commerci\u00eble activiteiten in 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partners van het bedrijf worden Upignac uit \u00c9ghez\u00e9e en Le Moulin du Val Dieu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als activiteit wordt allereerst gekozen voor een netwerk van kwekerijen die kwaliteitskippen telen in functie van de marktvraag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De keuze voor de juiste kip is heel smaakgebonden, een kwaliteitskip heeft tal van eigenschappen die ze onderscheidt&#8230; De filets zijn zacht, de vezels ragfijn, de dijen lichtjes gekleurd en het vel flinterdun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om tot dat resultaat te komen moet je allereerst het juiste kippenras kiezen en de kippen vervolgens de juiste, aangepaste voeding geven. Om onheil af te weren, besloten de Religieuze Autoriteiten, in 1216, om een Cisterci\u00ebnzer Abdij te bouwen met de naam \u00abAbdij van de Vallei van God\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De monniken, die toen autarkisch leefden bouwden de molen die zich rechtover de Abdij bevindt op de kleine stroom genaamd \u00abLa Bel\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tijdens de Franse Revolutie, in 1789, werd de molen verkocht aan niet-religieuzen, &#8230;.
